There is nothing more important than your health.
Your state of mind, your approach, your quality of life, the way in which you relate to others, your outlook on life. All hang in the balance when your health is compromised.
Your health is the most important thing! Nothing can replace it. Without it, even the smallest of tasks seem insurmountable, life has a different texture and taste, perspective is skewed and the way in which you react to challenges can be extremely different than when you are well nourished, hydrated, well rested and healthy.
You know what is good for you, yet will not always make the decision to follow through with what keeps your body at optimal performance.
