Lost for Words!

My Dear Friends,

I’m just lost for words!

I have been going through one of the most challenging times of my life and honestly I’m just lost for words……

Each day, for the last few months, I have wanted to put my fingers on this keyboard and spell out my feelings, to share with you what has been going on in my life, but when i go to do so, I’m just lost for words!

I cannot seem to conjure up the words that will make the sense of what my heart has been feeling, I cannot seem to express the brokenness of my heart through words alone, only tears can start to convey how I have been feeling.

Sometimes only my lovely dogs can understand, they come to me when I’m crying, they feel my pain and without any judgement, they lie by my side, no words are needed only their unconditional love, which is ‘Always’ there for me.

I look outside to the world that surrounds me, my family, my friends, and, sometimes I, see only me…The world continues on, I am just a blip on the landscape, a soul in transition, a source of energy that moves along with the movement of time, my life is my life, yes, people care for me but it’s my life and only I am responsible for it, only I can live it, only I can find the words to continue my way….

The world continues on, I am just a blip on the landscape, a soul in transition, a source of energy that moves along with the movement of time. My life is my life! Yes, people care for me, but it’s my life, and only I am responsible for it. Only I can live it, only I can find the words to convey how I feel, only I can feel the pain, only I ,…. Only I……..

As more tears run down my cheek, and, start to wash away my pain, only I can feel the hurt inside, only I can listen to my ego, only I,…. Only I….

Today is a new day, maybe today will bring me more joy….

Only I can make a difference, Only I can take away the pain….

Only I….

Pains in the Head, Heart and Body + A Shift In Consciousness!

Published 30/11/2015 by inspiringyourspirit

My Dear Friends,

Wow, what a weekend!

As you know I have been dealing with the emotions and changes to my life since my sudden death and out of body experience last week and also to the coming back to the life through the wonderful care and efforts of the paramedics in the ambulance.

These past few days have been challenging, enlightening, emotional, worrying and wonderful all at the same time. I certainly have a fresh and new outlook on life, and my days are more open to ‘what ever will be will be’ attitude and I certainly look at life through a fresh set of eyes, my mind and body has been dealing with emotions maybe from this lifetime and also possibly from previous lifetimes as I continue to integrate all that happened last week. One minute I’m fine, sitting with a smile on my face as I look at the sun, the trees or whatever I’m looking at but a second later I’m in floods of tears!….Tears of sadness and tears of happiness, I know I should not look back because I cannot change the past, what happened; happened and I also cannot change the future, so whatever will be, will be!..But, you know how our ego minds work, playing tricks on us, making us look back and re-live the pain and suffering or making us fear the future, the fear that it may happen again!…Well, yeah, I am doing both from time to time. I meditate a lot, I connect with my heart, with my soul and with my divine self. I know ‘all is well’, there are no demons waiting to pounce on me in the dark of night, and,..actually, I am at peace with myself. But, after all I am living this life in this human form so I must honour that too and try to control that playful and mischievous Ego Mind and get back on track with my life here on Earth and back on track with my spiritual journey.

I did two ‘Ascended Master Channelling Sessions’ for two people in Australia today, I realised that these were the first channelling sessions since my death experience last week, and I noticed that my consciousness has shifted, my channel connected much quicker than before and the flow of energy and messages flowed so much quicker too, also I noticed much more feeling, especially in my crown chakra and heart chakra as the energy flowed and the light filled my channel with grace and ease.

So, am I the same person as I was one week ago…physically ‘yes’, mentally…hum, ‘not sure’, energetically, ‘no way’ 🙂 Life goes on and I’m continuing to learn, to evolve and to take these life experiences and use them to do good. 🙂

Blessings to you all Dear Friends

Look deeply inside and connect with the soul

My Dear Friends,

If only!

As the old saying goes ‘Beauty is only skin deep’ and it is oh so true. If only we could peel back the outer layer of everyone we meet and connect directly with their heart and their soul, we would make perfect connections and see the real person inside the human cover.

Connecting heart to heart and soul to soul would teach us so much and our understanding re the needs and wishes of the other person would not be tainted with what we see through our very ‘Ego centric eyes’, he/she is handsome, beautiful, fat, thin, ugly, pretty, smart, scruffy, black, white, yellow, brown, short, tall, blond, brunette, bald, etc, we would truly feel the other person and connect as connections should be made, deeply through the heart and to the soul. Our world, I am sure would be a happier place, a more peaceful place. There would and always will be differences of opinion I’m sure, misunderstandings, cross cultural differences of some sort but I do feel that all in all, our lives, our communications and the relationships forged would be better and stronger than they are now.

Food for thought my friends, food for thought!

This simple act of kindness like so many others that we can do will help others in their time of need and bring about the receipt of goodness in response to our acts of kindness.

Beauty Is Everywhere, We Just Need To Open Our Eyes

Published 06/05/2014 by inspiringyourspirit

Beauty is everywhere; we just need to open our eyes!

Our newspapers, TV, radio, the internet and social media messages continually bombard us with the doom and gloom of our world, wars, financial crashes, environmental catastrophes, rioting, political unrest whilst the rich and famous earn more and gain the majority of our time via their exposure through the biased and rumor hungry and often one sided media outlets. These messages bring us down, they make us feel sad, depressed, frightened for our lives for our children’s futures or we just switch off, we switch our selves off from the realities that are going on all around us; each and every day!

However my friends, there is a beautiful world outside, we just need to open our eyes and let it in!

I myself sometimes get caught up with all the troubles going on in our world, the extremes of poverty in many countries, the pollution, the environmental catastrophes taking place at the hand of mankind, the wars raging around the world for no reason other than greed, politics or genocidal control….. I cannot block them out so I try my best to do all I can to help stop it!

But I’m one man, I cannot do it all alone, so I’ve resigned myself to do my best; little by little, each day something good that will benefit humanity, and or mother earth.

Loveistruth

Love is all-important, love for yourself is a great place to start, then when you have achieved love of yourself you will be able to give love to others, love is infectious and as John Lennon said “Love is All You Need”

As I look around me now I see and hear beauty, the blue sky, the sun shining; its rays gently warming my skin, the pigeons flying gracefully around the buildings; airing their wings, the river running by on its way towards the ocean, the branches and leaves on the willow trees swaying in the gentle breeze, the rich green of the trees in the gardens below my window and the subtle colours, white, pink, yellow and red of the flowers in the garden, my two puppy’s sleeping at my feet; their trust and love for me complete and unconditional, the sound of children playing, the old ladies chattering in the gardens as the children play. Life is wonderful if we learn to open our eyes and let it in!

Have a quick look outside and see the beauty all around ☺

Running from the Wind

Published 20/08/2013 by inspiringyourspirit

Running from the Wind

Once upon a time in old China a Buddhist Master caught sight of a man running down the road with all his might. He looked exhausted and frantic. “What are you running from?” inquired the Master. “I am running from the wind”, exclaimed the man. “Oh, there is nothing to fear then. Just sit still and it will pass you by”, returned the master. This is a simple enough parable but speaks deeply of Mindfulness and anxiety.

We often spend a huge amount of time and energy running from things. In fact it is a huge problem for society and is in endemic proportion. In our attempts to out run our fear, painful thoughts and feelings, loneliness and unhappiness our methods only end up creating far more suffering. Addictions provide an obvious example. In the attempt to avoid boredom, pain, loneliness, anger and sadness the addict only gets himself into more despair in the long term. As a result of his behaviour he creates guilt, isolation which creates even more loneliness, financial loss which creates even more despair. It is a vicious cycle. We don’t need to be the stereotypic addict to be in this cycle.

Anxiety disorder is another example. It is not the anxiety which creates anxiety disorder. After all, anxiety is a normal emotion which we all experience. At the core of anxiety is avoidance – a life of trying to avoid or get rid of anxiety which in turn creates even more anxiety. This is at the core of a panic attack.

In Mindfulness Training we learn to accept and even give space to unpleasant or painful emotions or thoughts. Mindfulness Training teaches us to accept them for what they are – just thoughts. This is not the same as avoiding or even tolerating unpleasant thoughts. Even tolerating can create a struggle. Many therapies aim at symptom reduction or eradication. The problem here is that we will always be “checking” to see is the symptom is going or gone thus creating what we are trying to get rid of – the anxiety!

At the heart of Mindfulness Training is giving space for the anxiety to be. We are able to stand back out of the struggle as if we are the spectators of a boxing match. We watch the fight but we are not part of it being punched up by the thoughts and feelings. Mindfulness is about breathing into the anxiety and giving it space, naming it, watching it like some creature from out of space but never giving in to it.

If we try to run form our anxiety we will exhaust ourselves like the man running from the wind. The old Master was right. Sit still, breathe, observe and it will pass you by.

There are Angels, please watch!

This young man’s story brought tears of sadness then tears of joy to my eyes as I listened first to his life story, then listened to him sing. There are Angels around us and he is one of them. And, considering what is going on between North and South Korea right now and the intervention and (mine is bigger than yours attitude) from other countries, it makes me once again think!….Why don’t we just learn to live together in Peach, Happiness and Joy!

Friendships and Our Spiritual Journey

Published 25/03/2013 by inspiringyourspirit

It’s the end of yet another day, a productive and happy day but as I sit here quietly contemplating I can feel tears rolling down my face one more time, tears of sadness and despair so I sit and wonder if my spiritual journey is becoming too much for me to bare….I ask myself ‘Why me, Why Now’, ‘What do I have to do?…..

393b

Our spiritual journeys are all very different and our aims, needs and destinations are all very different too! In my case, I have no idea as to why I have been chosen to follow a spiritual journey; but all I know is, I must follow the path and help as many people as I can along the way.

My days and nights are often full of sadness, trying to juggle family life, business life, friendships and relationships at home and abroad whilst also trying to follow a spiritual pathway to an end we often still don’t understand. I have always been a soft hearted man, easy going as many might say, always putting the needs of friends, employees and business relationships before thinking of; or, caring for myself, never putting anyone down, smiling as often as possible and trying to keep a cheerful, sunny, caring disposition as much as possible, and certainly not intentionally doing anything to hurt or harm anyone or anything as I go. However, what I don’t understand is ‘why do our friends treat us differently as we grow spiritually? It’s like they no longer trust us, or think were doing something underhand, untoward or against them! They become distant and off-hand with us for no reason! Maybe its just me overthinking things too much or maybe it’s their lack of understanding or nervousness of where we may be headed…I honestly don’t know why they change, but I do know it’s upsetting and it breaks my heart! When we honestly ask ourselves which person or people in our lives mean the most to us, we often find that it is those friends who, instead of giving much advice, solutions, or cures, have chosen rather to share our journey, help us through the spiritual growing pains we are going through and touch our battle wounds with a gentle and tender supporting hand. The friend’s who we care for dearly who can be silent when the time is right and also offer words of wisdom and support to us in our moments of frustration, despair, lack of energy or general spiritual confusion, friends who can stay with us in our hours of need, who can tolerate not knowing, not curing, not healing and face with us the reality of our powerlessness, that is in my opinion a friend who cares.

I still don’t know where I’m heading but I know I’m on the right pathway, I keep checking my direction at each and every kink and curve in the road, and look for clarity along the way. I don’t possess to be anything special, I’m just a simple man who needs to follow his destiny and love and help people along the way.

So my dear friends please, please be open and honest with each other because friendship is precious and love is needed by all, not just the few!

Sadness Beyond Belief

Published 15/12/2012 by inspiringyourspirit

Morning has Broken and I awoke fresh and ready for another day, my soul is filled with joy and happiness and my mind clear and uncluttered…but then I read the news!

Elementary school massacre:
20 Children among 28 killed in Connecticut slaughter.

gss-121214-sandy-hook-vigils-kb-5p.ss_full

A kindergarten teacher’s son, clad in black and carrying two 9mm pistols, rampaged through a Connecticut elementary school Friday, killing 20 small children and six adults, a tragedy President Barack Obama said had broken the hearts of America.
The gunman, identified as Adam Lanza, 20, was found dead at the scene of the slaughter, Sandy Hook Elementary School in Newtown, law enforcement officials said. The body of a woman believed to be his mother was found at their home in Newton, authorities said.
Officials initially misidentified the shooter to NBC News as Lanza’s brother, Ryan. But a senior official later said that Ryan was nowhere near the shooting, is not believed to be involved, and is cooperating with the investigation.

Ryan told police that Adam has a history of mental illness, according to the senior official. Yet the motive for the mass killing – the nation’s second-worst school shooting — was a mystery.
The weapons used in the attack were legally purchased and were registered to the gunman’s mother, two law enforcement officials said. Two 9mm handguns were recovered inside the school. An AR-15-type rifle also was found at the scene, but there were conflicting reports Friday night whether it had been used in the shooting.
Police believe Lanza fatally shot her in the face, then drove to the hilltop school where she worked and unleashed a blizzard of bullets on children and staff in two rooms before apparently taking his own life.
“Evil visited this community today,” Connecticut Gov. Dannel Malloy said Friday evening. “We are all in this together.”

When are we going to do anything about stopping this madness?
Surely the Gun Law has to be changed!…These Guns were legally purchased!

My Simple Mind had a Christian Hymn ‘Morning has Broken’ playing joyfully- Before I read this sad news!

I send my blessings of Love, Compassion and Light to each and every person in Connecticut and to their friends and families around the world who are experiencing this horror; no words can express their feelings of loss and sadness right now.

Morning has broken, like the first morning,
Blackbird has spoken, like the first bird.
Praise for the singing, praise for the morning,
Praise for them springing fresh from the word.

Sweet the rain’s new fall, sunlit from heaven,
Like the first dew fall on the first grass.
Praise for the sweetness of the wet garden,
Sprung in completeness where His feet pass.

Mine is the sunlight, mine is the morning,
Born of the one light Eden saw play.
Praise with elation, praise every morning,
God’s re-creation of the new day.

Cool the gray clouds roll, peaking the mountains,
Gull in her free flight, swooping the skies.
Praise for the mystery, misting the morning,
Behind the shadow, waiting to shine.

I am the sunrise, warming the heavens,
Spilling my warm glow over the earth.
Praise for the brightness of this new morning,
Filling my spirit with Your great love.

Mine is a turning, mine is a new life,
Mine is a journey closer to You.
Praise for the sweet glimpse, caught in a moment,
Joy breathing deeply, dancing in flight. (repeat)

Universal Responsibility

Published 14/12/2012 by inspiringyourspirit

Universal Responsibility.

What do we really want to acheive in this life?

Do you want safe water for everyone to drink?

Do you want safe and healthy food for you and your children to eat?

Do you want an end to infant deaths from disease?

Do you want to be able to walk the streets and feel safe?

Are you fed up with all the suffering going on around the world?

Do you feel sick to your stomach when you see animals being persecuted and pushed out of their natural habitats in the pursuit of progress and riches for the few?

Do you want to see an end to War?

This list could go on and on….How much longer can we sit here and do nothing?…

We can make a change, a change for the better!

Our voices must be heard, we need to do our part and take ownership and responsibility as individuals to call the powers to be and make a change to this world!

What can you do today?
